Symmetric Consultation of Automated Counsel in Two-Party Disputes
Abstract: We collected 1,340 disputes in which both participants independently submitted the exchange to the same automated advisor. In 96.1 per cent of paired consultations the advisor endorsed the participant who had submitted it. Both endorsements were subsequently entered into the record by their recipients as independent corroboration.
