Derivation of a Linear Scale Factor from the Circle Constant
Abstract: This paper has been withdrawn by the author. The computation in Section 3 is correct, and the author has since repeated it. The quantity it produces is a ratio of angles; the paper reports it as a distance throughout. Every check made before deposit was a check of the computation.
